Ahuja Residence, Sion, Mumbai

The design of the newly constructed apartment focuses on subtle yet well balanced interventions, creating a harmonious environment through the careful selection of elements. Pastel tones dominate the color palette, infusing the spaces with a sense of calm and serenity. Woody elements add warmth and texture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Minimal intervention was a key factor in the design approach, allowing the spaces to breathe and feel uncluttered. The exploration of 2D line geometry further enhances the depth of these new spaces, creating visual interest and a sense of movement. Exposed lime plaster on selected walls adds a touch of rawness and authenticity. Line arrays, carefully placed throughout the apartment, contribute to the flow and rhythm of the design. Finally, a hint of metal adds a modern and sleek touch, balancing the organic qualities of the pastel tones and woody highlights. The complete design of this newly constructed apartment encapsulates a serene and elegant living space.
